Email Verification and Account Password Setup1. After submission, go to your email inbox and click the [Confirm Email] link.
2. On the website, set your account password. This password will be used by the account holder to log in to the platform in the future.
After completing the password setup, click [Confirm Password] to proceed to 2FA verification.

Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
1. Download Google Authenticator (Android / iOS)
2. Use the app to scan the system-generated QR code
3.Enter the 6-digit verification code to complete verification
4. Please securely save the backup & recovery codes in case your mobile device is lost

After logging in, go to the Banking page
Click [Verify Now]
Follow the instructions to fill in and upload company information
Confirm all details are correct and submit the application to move on to the review process.

KYC Information Upload
When uploading company information and KYC documents, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
1.Fill in all required fields and correct any errors highlighted in red.
2. Make sure all mandatory documents are uploaded. If you have optional documents, it’s recommended to upload them as well to avoid delay
*If certain information cannot be provided, please submit a formal explanation along with any relevant supporting documents. For instance, if the company website is unavailable, provide an explanation letter or appropriate marketing materials.*
3.After verifying that all information is correct, click [Submit Application].
4.Review time is approximately 1–3 business days.
5.Once approved, you will receive a system notification email.
