Your UQPAY account includes two shortcuts that make it faster to find a page, an action, or an answer.

Select Search for anything at the top of the screen, or press ⌘ K. Search covers both pages and actions, so you can jump straight to a section or start a task without navigating the menus.

Most pages include the UQPay AI Assistant, which you can open with ⌘ E. Ask it a question about what you are looking at and it will point you to the right place.

Please note: the assistant can make mistakes, and anything sensitive will still ask you to confirm before it goes ahead. Always check the details on screen before completing an action.

The UQPAY Customer Support Team is available if the assistant cannot resolve your question.
