Where can I collect CAD/USD/GBP/EUR funds from?

CAD: collect CAD locally within Canada.

USD: collect USD locally within The United States of America.

GBP: Collect GBP within the UK,  including the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and Gibraltar. 

EUR: collect EUR funds from any country under the SEPA scheme.
