I have traded the wrong amount, how do I amend it?

Currently, Virtual Account for conversion only supports immediate exchange. Once submitted, it cannot be cancelled or modified. However, we will be upgrading our feature which allows modified and cancel conversion order. 

If you've bought too much or wish to modify the amount, there will be a minimum fees charging for the modification you have made to the conversion. This is because the modification to the conversion with modify amount or cancel may result in losses due to conversion rate fluctuation, which will be covered by you.
