Why I didn't receive instant rewards after making UnionPay QR code payment?

Please make sure: 1) You use Singapore BOC mobile banking app or BOC SG-eWallet app to scan UnionPay QR code in Singapore. 2) Singapore BOC mobile banking app or BOC SG-eWallet app is applicable to the promotion. 3) You reach minimum spending requirement and have available discount opportunity. If you still cannot receive instant rewards, please send the issues coupled with screenshots to [email protected] or call +65 9851 5234 (during office hours) to contact UQPAY for further assistance.
