Create your account
Go to app.uqpay.com/signup. If you already have an account, click Sign in instead.
Enter your work email address, first name and last name.
Set a password and confirm it.
Select the country where your business is registered.
Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and click Create account.
We send a verification email to the address you entered. Open it and click Confirm Email.
Return to app.uqpay.com/signin and log in with your email and password.
After your first login you will be asked to review your security settings (two-step authentication, passkeys and a recovery email). You can complete them right away or click Done for now and set them up later under Settings → Security.
I did not receive the verification email
Check your junk or spam folder — corporate mail filters sometimes move the message there.
Make sure the address you typed is correct. You can register again with the correct address if needed.
If the email still does not arrive, contact the UQPAY Customer Support team and we will resend it.
I see an error when verifying my email address
Refresh the page first. If the error remains, use Forgot password? on the login page to reset your password. Resetting the password also verifies your email address, so you can log in normally afterwards.
Sandbox environment
Developers can create a separate test account at app-sandbox.uqpaytech.com. Sandbox data is not protected and cannot be used for real transactions.
