UQPAY services are available to registered corporate entities only. Entities incorporated in the United States, mainland China or Singapore are currently not eligible for the Crypto service. Availability of other products depends on your entity's jurisdiction and the outcome of the KYB review.

The result is communicated within 1 business day (T+1) after all required documents have been submitted. If additional information is requested, the clock restarts when the requested items are received.

Yes. For account security, two-factor authentication (2FA) must be enabled before any withdrawal or payout can be made. To set it up, go to Settings → Security and click Set up two-factor authentication; you can use any authenticator app such as Google Authenticator. On the same page you can also add a passkey and a recovery email.
