Please kindly refer to steps below :
1. Click “Create Sub-account” at the top-left corner. The creation option is only available when switched to the primary (main) account; it is not available when using a sub-account.
2. Navigate to Connect → Account → Create Account
3. Navigate to the onboarding page, select the entity type (Corporate), and fill in the alias and onboarding information.
4. Select “Specify a new legal entity”, enter the merchant short name, and then
proceed to the onboarding process to fill in the required information.
6. Select the “Select from existing legal entities” button to follow the same UEN workflow. Information that already exists does not need to be filled in again.
