Fiat Currency Withdrawals
Currently, USD fiat withdrawals are processed by transferring funds back to your UQPAY Banking account balance. From there, you can use UQPAY Banking features for currency exchange and outgoing payments.
Steps
Go to Crypto, open the Exchange panel and select Sell.
Enter the amount to transfer to your Banking account.
Confirm the transaction.
Funds will appear in your UQPAY Banking balance, where you can proceed with FX conversion or wire transfers.

Processing Time
All crypto withdrawals are processed T+0 (instant).
Steps
Go to Crypto and select Send.
Select the token and network.
Enter (or pick from your saved Addresses) the destination wallet address.
Enter the withdrawal amount.
Enter a Reason for the transfer — this field is required.
Review and confirm the transaction.
Fees
Withdrawal fees vary by network. Tron (TRC-20) typically has the lowest fees, while Ethereum (ERC-20) fees depend on current gas prices. Check the fee displayed before confirming your withdrawal.
