Deposit times depend on the blockchain network and required confirmations. Typically 3-15 minutes depending on the network.
How long do crypto withdrawals take?
All crypto withdrawals are processed T+0 (instant).
Deposits
Can I deposit from any bank account?
No. Fiat deposits must be made from a bank account under the same name as your registered UQPAY merchant entity. Deposits from non-matching accounts will be refunded.
What happens if I send tokens on the wrong network?
Sending tokens on an unsupported or incorrect network may result in permanent loss of funds. UQPAY cannot recover tokens sent to the wrong network. Always verify the network before sending.
I deposited crypto but don't see it in my account. What should I do?
Check the transaction on the blockchain explorer to confirm it has enough confirmations.
Verify you sent to the correct address and on the correct network.
If the transaction is confirmed on-chain but not credited after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash (TXID).
Withdrawals
Can I withdraw fiat directly to my bank?
Fiat withdrawals go to your UQPAY Banking account balance. From there, you can use Banking features to make wire transfers to your bank account.
Is there a withdrawal limit?
Withdrawal limits depend on your merchant tier and verification level. Check your dashboard or contact your account manager for your specific limits.
Can I cancel a crypto withdrawal?
Once a crypto withdrawal has been submitted and broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be cancelled or reversed. Always double-check all details before confirming.

What are the fees for deposits?
Crypto deposit fees vary by network. Check the fee schedule in your dashboard or contact your account manager.
What are the fees for withdrawals?
Withdrawal fees include network gas fees and may include a processing fee. Tron (TRC-20) typically offers the lowest fees. The exact fee is displayed before you confirm the withdrawal.
Stablecoin Swap
Can I swap between stablecoins?
Yes. UQPAY supports instant swaps between USDT, USDC, and XUSD in any direction. Go to Crypto → Exchange → Convert to convert.
Are there fees for swapping?
A small spread or fee may apply, displayed before you confirm. There are no blockchain gas fees since swaps are internal.
What is XUSD?
XUSD is a USD-pegged stablecoin supported on UQPAY for deposits, withdrawals, and swaps alongside USDT and USDC.
