A global account is a local or international bank account in the name of your verified entity, used to receive funds in a given currency. Each currency card under Global accounts shows how many active accounts you hold.
Open a new global account
Click Global accounts in the left menu, then Open account at the top right.
Location: choose the jurisdiction where the account will be issued. The list only shows jurisdictions available to your entity.
Currency: choose the account currency.
Details: complete any additional details requested for that jurisdiction.
Review: check the summary and click Continue to submit.
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days. You will be notified by email when the account is ready; requests that need extra information appear under Action Required.
View account details
On the Balances tab, click a currency card to see the accounts held in that currency, including the account name, account number and bank details you share with payers.
