What is the Address Book?
The Address Book allows you to save frequently used cryptocurrency wallet addresses for quick and secure withdrawals. Instead of manually entering addresses each time, you can select saved addresses to reduce errors and speed up the process.
Adding a New Address
Go to Crypto → Addresses (or add during a withdrawal).
Click Add Address.
Fill in the required fields:
Label: A friendly name (e.g., "Company Treasury Wallet")
Network: Select the blockchain network (Tron/Ethereum/BSC)
Coin: Select the coin (USDT/USDC/XUSD)
Address: Paste the wallet address
Verify all details and save.
⚠️ Critical Safety Rules
Network must match: The network you select MUST match the actual network of the wallet address. Sending tokens to an address on the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
Token must match: Ensure the token type matches what the receiving wallet expects.
Double-check addresses: Always verify the first and last few characters of the wallet address before saving or sending.
Test with small amounts: When using a new address for the first time, send a small test transaction first.
Editing or Removing Addresses
You can edit labels or remove addresses from your Address Book at any time through the Address Book management page. Removing an address does not affect any past transactions.
